Free five-step structural analysis
The free Structural Analysis is Chain Revive's deeper five-step route from observation to a personalised wellness plan. It starts with an unnumbered safety pre-screen so that warning signs are considered before any posture or movement questions. If your answers suggest that self-guided exercise may not be appropriate, the safest next step is to pause and seek qualified care.
Step 1 is Photo Analysis. Front, side, back and foot photographs provide visible landmarks for broad alignment patterns such as head position, shoulder level, pelvic orientation, knee tracking, heel position and arch shape. Photographs cannot explain pain on their own, so these observations are treated as one evidence layer rather than a diagnosis.
Step 2 is Self-Assessment. Simple checks add information about how you move and what you can control. A wall test, supported squat, foot-pressure check or gentle range-of-motion task may support a visible pattern, reveal a different limitation or show that an apparent posture cue is flexible rather than fixed.
Step 3 is Symptom Correlation. The platform compares the areas and situations you report with the photo and movement findings. Symptoms are not used to make a medical claim. They help the system avoid presenting a neat visual explanation when your lived experience points in another direction.
Step 4 is the Compensation Engine. This maps likely relationships through the kinetic chain. For example, foot pronation may be considered alongside inward shin rotation, knee position and pelvic control. A forward head position may be reviewed with ribcage, thoracic and shoulder patterns rather than being reduced to the neck alone.
Step 5 is the Contradiction System. Findings that disagree are useful. A contradiction can reduce confidence in a pattern, redirect attention to another region or prevent an exercise pathway from being presented too strongly. This is an important guardrail because posture varies naturally and one photograph can be misleading.
The output is a personalised plan, not a sixth assessment step. It summarises the strongest supported patterns, explains possible chain relationships and points towards a relevant programme or educational guide. You remain in control of the pace, and Week 1 of each programme can be explored free before purchase.
Use the analysis as a structured starting point for movement awareness. Stop any self-check or exercise that causes pain, dizziness, numbness or worsening symptoms. Recent injury, significant neurological symptoms, unexplained swelling or other red flags need appropriate professional assessment.
Wellness guidance only — not medical advice or diagnosis. Stop if a movement causes pain, and consult a qualified healthcare professional for persistent, severe or worsening symptoms.
