Free posture and foot scan

The free Chain Revive body scan turns four simple posture photographs into an organised view of your alignment. Upload a front view, side view, back view and close-up view of both feet. The scan then brings visible cues together so you can review an alignment score, see a kinetic-chain breakdown and understand which programme may best match the pattern.

The process moves from photos to score, from score to chain breakdown, and from chain breakdown to a practical plan. The score is a simple way to group observations; it is not a medical result. The chain breakdown explains how a cue at the feet, knees, pelvis, spine or shoulders may relate to another area rather than treating every finding as isolated.

Your front photograph helps compare shoulder, pelvis, knee and foot symmetry. The side photograph makes it easier to review head position, rib and pelvis orientation and the relationship between the hip, knee and ankle. The back view adds information about shoulder-blade, spine, pelvis and heel alignment. The feet close-up helps show arch shape, toe position and how each foot meets the floor.

Use a bright room, a plain background and a camera placed level with the middle of the body. Keep your whole body in frame for the front, side and back views. Stand naturally rather than forcing a corrected posture. For the foot image, photograph both feet from above on a firm, level surface. The full photo guide explains clothing, camera position and common setup errors.

The standard photo scan is free and gives an alignment score, chain breakdown, programme match and a starting point for progress tracking. The free five-step Structural Analysis goes further by combining photo observations with a safety pre-screen, self-assessment, symptom correlation, compensation mapping and contradiction checks before producing personalised next steps.

Neither route is a premium diagnostic service, and neither replaces a clinician. The word personalised describes how the platform organises your answers and visible cues; it does not mean a medical diagnosis. If you have recent trauma, severe or worsening pain, unexplained weakness, numbness, loss of balance, bowel or bladder changes, or another urgent concern, pause and seek appropriate professional care.

When you are ready, upload all four photographs or use the example photos to understand the flow. Keep the same camera distance and stance if you repeat the scan later. Consistent images make it easier to notice broad changes in posture and movement habits over time.

What photos do I need for the free body scan?

You need a full-body front view, side view and back view, plus a close-up photograph of both feet from above. Use a level camera, even lighting and a firm surface.

Is the Chain Revive scan really free?

Yes. The photo scan and five-step Structural Analysis are free. Optional exercise programmes are available separately, with Week 1 available free.

Does the scan diagnose posture or foot conditions?

No. Chain Revive is a wellness and education tool. It organises visible cues and self-reported information but does not provide a medical diagnosis or replace professional assessment.

Wellness guidance only — not medical advice or diagnosis. Stop if a movement causes pain, and consult a qualified healthcare professional for persistent, severe or worsening symptoms.
